I think the homepage content should more closely resemble other software sites in that there are visual(s) and a concise description of the offering.

The "Boards" box at bottom right would probably be better with just one board as it looks like room for text would be rather tight. I would center the group pf menu links at top since there is apparently enough room. Other than that, this looks good.

I think this looks great. The only suggestion I would make is consider making the date more prominent with a box sort of thing likethis wordpress theme.

This looks pretty good. There are only a couple things I woudl do differently. I would cut the top 40ish pixels out of the header graphic and I would make the text movement on the menubar mouse over faster.

I would have to agree that an iframe is entirely unnecessary. I would removing one of the instances of the long collage going down both sides of the page. There's no need to show the same pictures twice.

There are two fundamental issues in my opinion. Styling is not uniform among all your pages. The whole site should have a fixed width and all pages shuold have the same header as the home page.

A couple things in addition to what's been said. The site needs to be centered and it needs some organization and focus. A good design will lead the viewers eyes around, but here I don't know what I'm supposed to look at first.

I have to question the use of flash here. You could do the tabs with a few GIF files. I would also lose the splash entrance page, that fad is supposed to be long dead.
