I like the design a lot. My only two problems with it at first glance is that its too wide and it doesn't seem like everything lines up properly.

Get rid of the white space on the bottom of the home page. Add more content to the home page. Change the navigational images from jpeg to png to get rid of compression. Fix the formatting of your site map so it is more SEO friendly.

Be careful using a background like this on a website. Flash is often slow to load.

The font is much too large and there are gray boxes on this site that make it look like the page isn't done loading even when it is.

It is hard to get a feel for the website when a giant ad covers half of the screen.

I like the layout. It might just be my personal taste, but I think the flash graphic up to is a little too big. Also the div tags at the bottom with your different services should be linked to the corresponding web page.

I like the round table site a lot. A suggestion I have is to do something to soften the borders between the canvas color background and the white.

I don't think the green and red in the navigational menu go together too well and the background is probably a little on the bright side. The site has a solid layout that is easy to use though. Just make a few small color tweeks and you should be good to go.
