The Pittsburgh Web design company Blue Archer just launched a website for The U.S. Carbon Sequestration Council. Please post some feedback and some ways that we can improve the site.

I don't like the fact that your mouse pointer doesn't change when hovering over the navigation menu, it just doesn't feel comfortable to me. your DIV ids are very generic and wouldn't be easy to rebuild with, should someone else take the helm of this website. There seems to be a lot of javascript and css embedded in the actual html, can you not put this in separate files?
