that's definently flash. try using software programs like adobe flash maker or simpler ones. use tucows.com or downlaod.coma nd search for "flash design". there used to be one called swish or flip or something that made designing flash animations really easy?

I'm studying electronic engineering at university, we have covered the basics of C++ and Visual basic. I'm noticing that every engineer has to know a bit of programming to help build simulations etc. What should an engineer study? C++ ? Is Java used in any modelling programs at all?

bing has taken over yahoo search result now though. so its really bing vs google. I like google sure, but when it come to webdesign you don't want any one company to have a monopoly. if google doesn't like ur site then ur history, better to have another search engine to fall back on.

I had both dreamweaver and microsoft frontpage a year ago, both older versions. I've lost them now I have a new pc, must have deleted them and lost the disc. I still need some webdesign done occasionally, can anyone recommend a cheap / free program that works like dreamweaver or frontpage?
