Hey, I would think the first thing to do is knock at least 2 colours from the site, there seems to be too much colour, and no real hierarchy! Once, you've got a nice colour palette, say no more than 3 mains, then I'd start moving bits around and using the colour scheme to create some sort of design!

I'd also concentrate on the type, there's different fonts in the header the body copy, the navigation, the different hosting options. I think the overall design has just too much of stuff. Reduce the amount of colours, the type styles, and get a simple layout, 2 columns maybe. Try one column with all the buttons at the top.
One way of getting some inspiration is to look at templates, I'm not saying buy one. But take a look at what's already available, improve it, and make it your own.
