Dreamweaver is a Good program if you don't know much about web design. Basicly, If you wanted a Table in your website and you didn't know how to do it. Dreamweaver has a Function so you can add it on your website straight away with the code. I reccomend Dreamweaver, It really started me off.

You really need to re-do your banner. Your banner is made by one of those "free banners" By searching the internet. (Trying not to sound horrible here) The Website, when I look at it. It feels like everything is scattered across the page.

Thank you for the reply, But I've used Photoshop before, I've actually got the whole package. So I'm pretty use to it. So, I basicly need to go through some Tutorials, And would I need to learn HTML/PHP/Java in order to design a website?

Yes, as people have just said. I tend to skip them, I find them annoying. But the flash video is great, I actually like that.
