Yeah but I think the point they were trying to make is that the color you have choosen is a bit hard on the eyes hence the eye strain which leads to headaches ;-).

More than likely crap ISP (more specifically your upload speed). Unless you have hosting by someone running a server in their basement or from a personal computer then the server should have ample speed. Or I suppose, if the server is being flogged by malicious activity.
