It will allow you to share your code with others so we can troubleshoot with you. It's pretty handy because it shows you a four windowed browser with JS, CSS, HTML, and Preview.
I think the biz logo stands out like a sore thumb. Maybe that's a good thing, but it doesn't really match the layout of the site. Maybe have it sitting on some sort of backdrop as well.
I like the image as well although you do need to fix the text contrast. It makes the page look clean and...
You could ask them what would suit them.
I generally setup a maintenance agreement at a set price. It explains what services it covers and what it doesn't cover. You can set this agreement up monthly or quarterly or longer.
And as a rule of thumb I do not include scripting or redesign in...
I do not offer reseller accounts because they lead to poor servers but I do offer discounts for designers. Go HERE for more information on discounts or contact me with any questions.
I like the layout, very business like but to be a bit critical I think the left nav needs something to break the gray up a bit. Maybe just two-tone look will help such as a lighter gray border around the link blocks.
I think it's a decent website. Here are some of the things I'd work on:

Also, the support for CSS3 is lacking <IE9 which I'm...
Hehe.. or you can just get payments upfront. Though I suppose I don't have to worry about that because I have control over the server and really any good hosting company will help you out in this sort of matter if the hosting is in your name that is.
