wordpress help

hi everyone I'm new to the forums and especially new to webdesign. I'm currently working on a website and I'm trying to make it similar to this http://disneylandsecret.info/. I would like to know if it is possible to have the same layout done on a wordpress blog, and what codes I would need to make it similar to that site. I don't know why you want to do it with WordPress, but since you do you're in luck because the Disney site is actually a WordPress site done with a theme called "Gazette Edition". I found this out by browsing the source code.

The theme is not free like many are, but costs $70 to download at http://www.premiumnewstheme.com/gazette-edition-theme/
