Why isnt this working (Collapsible Panel + Tabbed Panel + Quicklfip)

quick flip isn't flipping in the tabbed panels.

it is only working when the tabbed panel is not in the collapsible panel. It also works if you just put it in the collapsible panel but when you out them within each other. Quick-flip breaks.
