Why is this web site not available by mobile device?

I have been researching mobile web design lately, and I still have some questions. I was wondering if someone could tell me if there is some simple reason why this web site - www.cowgirlcreationswebdesign.com is not accessible via mobile device?

My guess would be that table layouts don't work on whatever mobile device you're testing it on.

i checked out the site - and most phones would be able to view the content.

Besides the gross amount of meta tags it does appear to be heavily css/table based. That might confuse some mobile browsers.

It might be worth mentioning that there are websites that can create a mobile version of you website for free like www.mobisitegalore.com
