Why is there boarders around my page?

I am trying to make a page, however I have found that there is always a border around my page witch I dont like :/ I dont have any padding or anything like that around my image so I dont know what is causing this?

The "waterline" at the top with the blue sky is a very long image, but it does not matter how long I make it, there is always those blue borders of the background color at the sides and the top as you can see. What can I do to remove this and have the image fill up to the edges at top and sides?
