Why does my site show up too big??

On some computers, my websites that are designed and made in Frontpage show up too big for internet explorer. It always cuts bits off and not all links are in view on the www.steviecjimbo.co.uk one. I have put the links inside a text box, and used new times roman or arial which should be standard on most computers.

Please help.

you have to design it so that it fits in all browsers....that means either 640 or 800 pixels wide, i'm guessing that is the problem
