Which Website design do you prefer ??

Hey , I'm looking to have reviews on 3 website designs

1st :

Which one do you prefer and why ?

Also , is there things I should incorporate into the better design that are on the others ?

I like the first one. The background in the other two seems like a bit much to me, makes the design look a little cluttered.
I like that you have some curvy corners going on. I would definitely add some margin or padding to the bottom of the design, as it's getting cut off.
I also think that the wire fence pattern at the top of the first design is a nice touch. Something like that might even work well as a background, and make it seem less cluttered than the other background you have, but I'd have to see it first to be sure.
