I like the colours and the header. Not sure I like the one set of rounded corners since all the others are not rounded.

It's very snazzy, but wouldn't it be better with a white background?
When the primary colors of the rest of the layout aren't very lively,
the dark background makes the page look kind of gloomy.

Overall, it's come a LONG way My final issue (with the exception of what has already been mentioned) is that the glow on the text isn't on the arrows. This causes the arrows to seem like afterthoughts. You should include the glow+stroke on the arrows so that it seems like they are really part of the text.

Your site looks nice but I would you some background color for the left navigation menu. So it could look a bit different from the main text.

Not really a big fan of the colors and the rainbow lines going down the side. You bullets are showing in Firefox.
