What vbulletin theme is this? How do you find forum themes?

I am making a forum and I want to make it like the two examples blackhatteam.com and es5.com They both have the exact same theme/style for vbulletin and I was wondering if anyone could help me find it. I appreciate anything you guys can help me with! Thank you

Why do you want it to look like someone else's forum?
Your "theme" is part of your branding , however if you are a member of either of those why not simply ask the administrators?

They are probably owned by the same people.
