Short videos, educational posts, behind-the-scenes content, customer stories, memes, and industry news all seem to perform differently. Which content formats have consistently generated the most engagement for your business?
Jumping in on this older post because I think this is still a really useful question. For consistent engagement, short videos and polls about real customer problems have worked best for me. Memes get likes but don’t drive messages or sales. What kind of business are you running? The answer changes a lot depending on whether you sell products or services.
For us, short videos and customer stories drove the most consistent engagement. I also found that verifying who was actually engaging with those posts helped refine our strategy. I recently used Find People Online by Face to check if a profile using our content was real, and it saved me from wasting time on a fake account. That kind of clarity is useful when testing what formats work.
