Is there any kind of web 2.0 design...i think it only related to seo only

Web 2.0 really only refers to content. How websites are designed for web 2.0 content shouldn't really be any different.

According to Tim O'Reilly: "Web 2.0 is the business revolution in the computer industry caused by the move to the Internet as a platform, and an attempt to understand the rules for success on that new platform."

Web 2.0 is now another loosely thrown around term. Just like Internet Marketing/SEO - there are a lot of people who "claim" they are SEO/Internet Marketing because it's a hot selling ticket to generating business.

The terms do have meaning but they are also heavily abused words in order to make a quick buck or to close a sale.

EX:
- Using css in HTML Source, mean Use "Div" and Tabless
- Use size of text larger (not sure for all site)
- Use the Big Heading --> Strong to say: Here my heading
- Url Friendly (For Searh Engine Optimization)
