Yeah for some reason they're using flash for something that could easily be done with javascript :/ fail...

that's definently flash. try using software programs like adobe flash maker or simpler ones. use tucows.com or downlaod.coma nd search for "flash design". there used to be one called swish or flip or something that made designing flash animations really easy?

no no no no no. Whatever you do OP don't do this! This can easily be done with javascript (read jquery) and it should be done with javascript. Flash is a powerful tool but it's not made for web design!

That is flash and i bet there is no one who recommends you using that. Perform a Google search about juery carousels and you'll have your answer. Good luck!
