The design looks a bit dated, and the font is an awkward size and color

I would rethink the color choices. Too much large bold font. More contrast between text color and background. Beautiful header, but it looks out of place on a grey background. Use that image to base other color choices on.

The grey boxes don't look right, it looks like something has failed to load. Your menu is too spread out, and actually does off screen on smaller screen resolutions. And your navigation changes which makes it a headache to get around the site. You need to make it the same on all pages. A lot of your css styles are embedded in the page, making it bloated and untidy, try using an external css file.

The font is much too large and there are gray boxes on this site that make it look like the page isn't done loading even when it is.

I'm going to assume that you are self taught and created your own website? In that regard, I think it's not bad!

A web design can make of break your company. You don't want to ruin your rep and drive customers away. With that being said, I believe you should take a look at examples of minimal web designs.
