What do you think about this design

The site is http://www.ezgpt.com . Since the site isn't looking too great cause of that little window I wanted to make a new design. I came with this one. I don't know what to say about this. On this site you make offers and earn money.

I would like to know what you think about it and if you can give me some tips. This is my first time I design a website

The signup button should be under the form, unless it's a header. If it is, you should make it another shape, because it looks like a button.

It seems a little plain, but if it's your first shot at web design then not bad. Surly a lot better than most can do. I would recommend changing the color scale up a bit, it's only two colors and those two colors hardly go together.

Its a good start but a little plain. The logo is boring and needs a nice font or icon and add some colour to the design. Maybe tone down the gradients on the the login form at the top

The members area looks ok, but I don't really like the blue background.. maybe make it a light grey or white, also why not have the logo and the members area lined up?

The banner and grey background give it a clean minimalist feel. If you stick to that idea for the rest of the design I think you could make it work. The graduated blue/grey background doesn't work for me and the bright coloured icons don't fit into this minimalist look. I always try to get a clear idea in my mind of what sort of look and feel I want and then build the elements to match that theme.
