On the home page i noticed the very last section on the bottom right under the heading "For Sale" The type is too big for the intended area, and is running into the title bar bg color. So that could use some cleanin up.

Besides that I like the color scheme, it looks very clean and organized. Also very easy to navigate! Great Job!
