I have been a professional Graphic Designer for about 5 years now and I have been doing our companies webdesign for 2. Everythign I know I have taught myself when it comes to webdesign and thought I was doing a good job and everyone loves the designs I come up with.. but its been brought to my attention that the internals of the site are not good and makes some not see certain things or whatever... I tried making sure I checked it in all browsers. I use to design all in tables and out main site I need to redesign with CSS as I did this one but I do not want to touch either until I figure out what I am doing wrong. Can you guys check out this site and let me know what I am doing wrong and why I got a complaint in an email from someone saying they should fire me... thanks guys.. also any books you can recommened is very helpful!
