The site looks quite professional, but there is a lot of empty white space on the right hand side of the homepage which does not look good.
Also, even though it is an indian company, I would still try and get a .com domain, as I am assuming most of your clients will come from companies outside of India, and it is a domain extension that they are more familiar with.

- The site looks a little templated to me, there is nothing wrong in that, but you could do a little more to personalise it. A more creative logo/header would help.

- As stated, too much white space.

- "Our area of expertise" the section looks too cramped, try to space it out a little more.

- Your "10 reasons" section just doesn't read right. The wording and grammar need looking at to make it flow.
