The site is very simple, and in this age that is where design is going, so great job! The only thing I would point out is that the Ad sense sends the professional look down a bit. I would suggest perhaps at least getting rid of the top banner. Either way, great job!

I think it looks great, no suggestions here. I like how the boxes move when hovered over, thats a good effect!
