web, graphic and promotional icons should be more in the site style - try the same types in a porthole round window style
web, graphic and promotional should be smaller than services
the lines on the stars are too much! take them away and you could also try stars reversed on that v. dark brown background
bit more white space between sections i.e. services and table and above recent work
