This is a new website and still has some work to finish up on it, but if anyone could take a look and let me know what you think so far I would appreciate it.

The right sidebar doesnt align properly, for me it appears towards the botton of the page.

I have removed a google adsense that was under the header the 728 x 15 dimension was pushing the template. It should have made a difference in the site loading now.
