graphically it looks great. the only thing i would change is the line dividing the header from the menu/content area - i would get rid of that.
i would work on making the content area stand out a bit more. the standard plain text goes very much un-noticed with all that is going on graphically around it. i would also watch out with your spacing. on the main page the text and the current project header image are nearly touching.
