Can someone please tell me how this page was done? I need to make something exactly like this for my site and the user can add and remove gigs on the fly. Specifically the right side and I would like it to maintain 10 items per page.

Well you need an event entry system, most likely placed inside an administration portal. It would handle the seat reservations as well, which is complicated.

Then you would have to add the shopping cart portion that would handle the sales.

It also looks like the left side has advertising which is being tracked so the administrator can view reports on click and impressions.

The top has a mailing list option which undoubtedly goes into a database so it can be pulled for mailings.

A site like this starts at 15k-20k (usd). For those who think that's too much, you're not seeing the full picture of what's involved.
