if someone could help, that would be great. a couple of questions:

is there any software that can be used to do the following:
1. allow the client to make their own changes to text, images, etc.
2. able to edit dns and emails
3. use templates that are premade or purchased
4. add ssl certificates for security

any help would be greatly appreciated

(ModX is a great solution for this, easy for designers and developers)
2. able to edit dns and emails
(This should probably be done directly with the hosting company's control panel unless you're proficient with SSH)
3. use templates that are premade or purchased
(Dreamweaver is good with templates. Or if you have a Mac RapidWeaver is awesome.)
4. add ssl certificates for security
(Again, the Control Panel of your hosting company is key here.)

any help would be greatly appreciated
