i am new in web design, and i have just one design on line so far

but i need help to find out if my designs are any good at all.
i am asking if i can post .jpg pictures of my .psd designs for reviewing here?
and what picture size should i use?

I like it.
For some reason the language buttons look wrong to me. If you could change them to fit in with the rest of the site it would look great.
