I keep getting the following error on the above page:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/unphased/public_html/forum/config.php:128) in /home/unphased/public_html/forum/header.php on line 170

Anyone know how to fix it?

That error is telling you that you are trying to write out to the page after the headers are sent.. without seeing the code i cant tell you exactly but roughly what you need to do is place your echo higher up the page.. it needs to be placed before the headers are sent

then is gona be very hard to explain it to ya if you dont know PHP.. as said above switch tp phpBB.. its well structured and well tested so bugs like that are unlikely
