Hello
I haven't been on the forum for well over a year ... maybe longer, but when I first started to learn html, CS etc I found this a fantastic place for knowledge.
I am now trying to develop a new website, so need some 'top up' knowledge.
I have an image which I would like to use as a body background, leaving the central 'container div' be my main area, about 980px wide.
The body image will only be used as a border, or for those folk with a wide monitor.
The trouble is I have a long, narrow image, which will be about 2000px x 900px.
I want to use this twice, one on the left hand side and the other, surprise surprise on the right. If there is a gap in the centre, no big deal, it will be covered by the container.
How do I do this please ?
I remember once seeing a way to make curved corners to boxes, using divs within divs etc. is this the same sort of thing.
thanks
