We made this website for our local union I would like some feedback on the site, any comments or suggestions are always welcome.

oooooh! very nice.
minor things cause the majority is good:
-on the top navigation, try making the red rollovers a lighter shade, it becomes slightly hard to read like that.
-on the button links (ie IBEW 2366 - Presidents Message), try centering the text in the middle of the image (css vertical-align:center maybe?) and don't underline the image on rollover (maybe make two separate links for the image and the text, each having their own style?)
-on the forum, the ACDC song thingy should probably go; if they want to hear the entire song, they'll have to stay on the same page until it finishes. or perhaps put the applet in an iframe
-on the forum, at the bottom, on firefox, it looks a little weird, there's a triple-line border or something
-put a link somewhere on the forum back to the main site
