UI kits

Does somebody know how to implement PSD Ui kits in web site.

How to implement menu, scrollbar, style contact , search box,check box,select options...

Please help

HTML and CSS are a good place to start. Don't try to get Ps to do that for you.

Yes, but do you know hot to do this with photoshop?
Because there are thousands of those UI Psd kits..

Only Psd file with search,buttons,menus,check box and radio buttons...

there is no real reason why you would or should use a psd to do these items.
put the psd up here (as a jpg) so we can see what you are refering to, (or post the link)

Trust us, anything that's in that psd html, css, and jquery can handle it. The "kit" is the skills to know how to implement and execute what you're trying to achieve through knowledge.
