1 - The logo needs a revamp. it currently looks way too simple and doesn't reflect the business Kevin is into!

2 - Remove the symbols to the left and right of TOP at footer

All seems fine, except the line graphics you used. their color isn't the best. may be do some variation?

It would be a good idea if you can design something that's custom and original! Make sure you don't end up using clip art or someone else's image. You may land in trouble.

If you aren't an experienced designer, you need to hire someone that can visualize the concept and turn it into a reality

Well, seeing that I designed both of these and several others from scratch and have use only creative commons licensed images properly when needed, I think I'll be fine. Thanks for the advice!

Also, I'm the web designer for this site... Not their graphics designer. They get to make their own logo when they want. If you don't like the TEXT they put there, perhaps contact them?

They both look like pre-made Wordpress templates to be honest.

Ah, yes. I see what you mean. At the time it was actually kind of my goal. I tend to judge my designs against templates, which really doesn't work any more.
