Hi! I'm looking to have the below template modified for a personal web site:

I am willing to pay what I can for help on this; it would just be a modification for that front page and one trimmed down version of the template for use on all of the interior pages. I have a sketch of the modifications needed, and I can provide the images that would need to be modified to work with the design. There is potential for a paid relationship on future image modifications.
Basically, I know HTML coding but nothing else. As you can see from the link, the site would be text / article based (ala Wiki); so I would just need an example on how to put the text and image placement code in if it's much different HTML.
