Sticky Footer Problem

Hi everybody,
I have a sticky footer on my site at:
http://bradfordandgordon.com/bg/
It works perfectly on that page, but for some reason I can't figure out there is space being added before the footer on pages like:
http://bradfordandgordon.com/bg/index.php/practice-areas

The sticky styling is at:
http://bradfordandgordon.com/bg/templates/bradfordgordonskyline/css/template.css

Do note: the sticky footer is <div id="footimg"> and NOT <div id="footer">. Thanks very much for your assistance here.

See the third tutorial on my signature page for general info on creating a fixed ('sticky') footer. Regarding your specific question, eelucid8, what happens if you add (much) more content to the Practice Areas section?
