I disagree with Express Tech, there is nothing worse than tacky animation or over the top.
Simple, sleek and in keep with the customers job etc
Yours looks fine, its is simple and effective.
Flash sites are fine apart from when they take 5 minutes to load hence why you will see most big and professional companies dont use animation or stupid gifs etc
