Simple Membership Management Joomla (Non-Profit Org)

Hello All
I am a volunteer with a small non-profit charity. Currently we have a website backed by Joomla.

I would like to move our membership to an online system.
Right now people download the form on the net, post to us and we put in a giant spreadsheet

Not efficient. I would like people to be able to sign up themselves, pay via bank deposit or PayPal. This data should be able for us to look and see who's fees are expiring etc. Not a forum though.

Would be good if users can manage/update details themselves. That's all. Nothing too complicated.

So much going around and I am not sure what would be the easiest option. There are no many options and no clear winner or easy to find/use option.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Kind Regards
Scott

Thanks.

I did see that. Just canvassing other ideas if anyone had other options.

Need to upgrade from 1.5 first. It's a bit of a mess. Main template used does not have a 2.5 version.

OSE Memberships looks the best and they have offered a 20% discount as a non-profit and setup a test site, which was really good of them.

Pity there is not a decent featured and free option. You do get what you pay for sometimes though.

It's not.

I gave up. Everything was built on the custom template. Whole site will need a redesign. I am just focusing on getting OSE installed tomorrow and working out how to put it on the website.

Joomla can be so complicated. Wish there was an easy guide to understanding it.

You're not on your own with that wish either!

I hated the earlier versions of Joomla so much I wrote my own CMS in server side vBscript (ASP)
