Simple copy of Google search

Hello all,

For our sportclub i d like to create a Google startpage for our members just like they normally have but just under the searchbox i d like t add a few affilliate links so we can benefit from sales from our members. What would be the best way to make this. Users will only use this when its almost the same startpage as they had before.

Must be responsive and almost a copy from the Google startpage.
