Shopping Carts (Third Party?)

Hello,

Just wondering what everyone is doing regards shopping carts these days and going forward?

Are the days of self programmed carts gone due to hacking and is everyone using the likes of ebay, paypal and google checkout etc?

The downside of those is that they charge fees.

Is there actually any free carts (code) that can be easily integrated (without being a genius) or is using ebay, google etc the best option?

If you are serious about e-commerce, you should REALLY look into Magento (e-commerce based CMS). That's where all the magic is happening and it's basically the future of any e-commerce site. Incredibly powerful.

Yeah and there are 4 different version of Magento all but one costs money but they are all great
