i am a php guy doing mostly server-end stuff so my frontend skills are crap, anyways i got this mockup of a site i am trying to build, I dont know, it just doesnt look professional or good to me so i was hoping if someone can give me some advice and pointers on how to make the layout look better. I dont have any image editing software (except paint), so if anyone has any ideas using CSS (borders, background-colors, etc) to make things look better please let me know!
