Search Engine in Web directory: What is the best way??

Hi,

I am new in the web designing field and would like to know the best and easiest way to design this kind of website:


The web site has to present a search engine to the user with different search options.


The user will then be able to click on any result, which will have its own page with different informations, including video reviews.
