'Save As' dialog box: how to

I'd like to add documents to my website that visitors can download.

How do I make my documents accessable?

I'd like it so when a person clicks the document name the 'Save As' dialog box appears and they can download the document.

depending on the file extension, you would just need to upload and link your files directly.
