Revisions not uploading correctly

From Publisher2003, I have made revisions to my 3-page website. The revisions are not uploading.
I'm wondering if this has to do with the filenames being overwritten or something?

That can happen sometimes. Try deleting the file from the server first, then upload the new one. That normally solves the problem for me.

I must admit it's a relief to know it's somewhat of a common occurence, but I'm such a newbie that I don't really know how to delete it from my server. I'm afraid of deleting the work I've done!
