I have just put my forum together and I am wondering if I am heading in the right direction with the topics I have listed. Also some of the topics are only available when you log in, I was thinking of doing this to generate return users.

looks pretty good me. the only suggestion i have for you right now it to maybe move your logo over to the right by a few pixels.
