Its horrible! I can understand a word of it!!! (joking)
If the site is about a school of some kind then its very good. It was easy to figure out what this site was about, even without understanding a word on it. Also really like the icons on the top top menu, home, contact, ... , links. Looks great and makes it easy to understand. (I might borrow that idea from you.)
Some ideas:
Consider adding some drop down menu options. I noticed some menu links sent me to a page containing only 2 or 3 links. Might be nice to have the option to jump straight to one of those pages.
I like pictures so why not let me click on the images on the right sidebar to bring up a larger view? All the photos look professionally done. That really adds something to this site.
