The image of the bee needs to be cleaned up, looks sketchy like it was taken from somewhere and the background was erased or it originally had a white backfround that you needed to change into a transparent gif or png. Also i know this is a generic look for vbulletin nothing special that vbulletin hasnt already come out with before so its pretty nice... nothing to write home about...

If if was me, id clean up the bee picture, and tone down the "webmaster bees" title by getting rid of the white glow, and maybe make the buy, sell, trade white so you can see it a little better... Just an amateurs opinion though...
