Review site, help needed?

Want to set up review site which review vertain items. I know how to do HTML and Javascript. L do l go about setting up some kind of database to store each persons opnion of that item?

In order to accomplish that you gonna need a database driven script (could be PHP, ASP or even CGI) depending on your web server specs.
